Yesterday, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) handed down its decision in Chamberlain v. Skylink. The court upheld the grant of summary judgment. I haven't read the decision yet but once I do, I'll probably post on the case. Other sites indicate this may be a significant DMCA ruling. (See Ernest Miller's thoughts from The Importance Of...)
