I would like to apologize to the D.O.T. When I arrived back on the scene not more than 25 hours later, the entire section had been repaved. Except for the reintroduction of such minor concerns as lines, the road is fine. And I cannot blame them for the lack of painting as it was pouring cats, dogs and rodents yesterday. While Friday may not have been the best time to start the job, it was completed in a speedy manner for which I thank them.
