A: Very little though, if the exam is open book, you don't *need* to know all that much provided you have *excellent* outlines from your friend(s).
I don't think the Fed. Tax exam went too badly. In fact, I think it was alright. So now I'm into prep mode (or I will be later on Wednesday) for my Privacy Exam on Thursday Morning. After that I'll be 2/6th through (2 exams down) with 4 papers to go.
I'm still hopeful. I have to be.
Also, once I finish the 4 papers, you can anticipate a Law School Wrap Up post. I already have some of it in mind but I refuse to pen it until I'm finished.
