When you gather six law students together and start discussing the television show "Pimp My Ride" on MTV?
A discussion as to whether or not the recipients have to pay taxes on the redone car and/or its new contents and/or the service and products expended on it. Also, if they were to pay taxes, how would the taxes be valued? Would it be the difference in the car's worth (i.e. from shitbox to hotness), the value of services and products, or the final value of the now-pimped car?
Yes, we law students are a rowdy, unpredictable bunch. (Time for me to turn in now.)
